Switchboard FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST Come to the final stage of product assembly, customers will visit to our factory for the product testing to confirm that the final product that we manufacture and assembly confirm to their requirement and specification. Only that customer will sign our product acceptance report. SITE INSTALLATION SUPPORT After we shipped out our product to customer site, we will send out our experience personnel to guide and support customers in the site installation work. SITE TESTING & COMMISSIONING Individual assemblies require not only the continuance of this rigorous standard by way of routine testing but also the particular functional testing necessary to prove the operational correctness of each item of equipment. In-house quality procedures ensure factory testing is carried out on every component installed within each assembly by a dedicated team of trained and qualified testing personnel. After the site installation work, we will we send our testing & commissioning team to customer site for protection relay setting and testing, ACB protection setting and testing, IMCS (Integrated Motor Control System) testing and power up testing. TELEPHONE SUPPORT After sales service is our priority. Whenever customer face some problems or they need our support, we will guide them through telephone, fax or if necessary we will send our engineer to the site for the troubleshooting and technical support. TRAINING OISB provides theoretical and hands-on training to clients on operation and maintenance of LV Switchboard/MCC and IMCS.
